PilotOmniDispo launches with selected operators
40 years of calculation.Now in a system.
More quotes. Faster decisions. Less dependence on specialist staff.
OmniDispo combines AI with the calculation logic of experienced dispatchers. Bus operators can assess enquiries faster, compare variants and produce reliable prices – even when experienced staff are scarce.

From bus practice.For bus operations.
Developed from day-to-day operations in a mid-sized bus company.
- Too cheap costs margin. Too expensive costs the job.
- OmniDispo checks minimum prices, plausibility and calculation bases before the quote goes out.
- What isn’t professionally settled isn’t guessed.
- Missing inputs are visibly flagged instead of being masked with convincing-looking numbers.
Calculation
What already calculates today
Six statements about today’s core — each one machine-checked against the source code before it appears on this page.
Already visible today
- Driving, shift and idle time flow into every position
- Breaks deducted automatically by a configured schedule
- Season, weekend and regional rates
- Minimum price and short-distance rule apply automatically
- Every position individually traceable
- Same enquiry, same price — always
Workflow
One case carries the whole journey
Enquiry, clarification, calculation, quote, operation and invoice hang on the same clamp. Not every stage is built yet — each one says where it stands.
Step 1
Enquiry
The enquiry comes in — by mail, phone or form. You create a case: customer, date, trips. Everything hangs on it from here.
Already visible today
Step 2
What is still open
Return time unclear, passenger count open, vehicle size undecided. The case shows you — you don’t have to remember.
Already visible today
Step 3
Calculation
For each trip the price builds position by position: kilometres, hours, idle time, surcharges. You see what the total is made of.
Already visible today
Step 4
Quote
The checked price becomes a draft quote. What the customer finally receives is released by you — not by the software.
Being built right now
Step 5
Order and planning
The customer says yes. Vehicle and driver are assigned, the trip goes into planning — on the same case, without entering anything twice.

Step 6
Invoice
OmniDispo knows what has been invoiced and what is still open — and hands over cleanly to your accounting instead of replacing it.

Product tour
Three views, one case
The following drawings trace existing preview screens in their current, provisional state. The product interface is German today. All names, numbers and dates are invented; amounts are masked.
Station 1 of 3
The morning view
Not forty mails but three stacks: what needs a decision, what is running, what sits with the customer. Every row says why it is there and what to do next.

Whoever wants to know how many enquiries are open gets an answer instead of a search. On the phone, the same information as a card.

How a price comes together
Confirm trips, calculate, produce a quote. The price stays readable position by position instead of appearing as a single total. Driving time, idle time and the break deduction each stand in the calculation; if the price undercuts your minimum rate, OmniDispo says so.

What OmniDispo is meant to cover
The areas follow the working day: first what needs doing, then the cases, then planning and billing. Which areas a company sees is later decided by its own configuration.

Development status
What works today — and what doesn’t
OmniDispo is being built right now. Instead of claiming everything is done, this says where we stand. If you want in, you should know on what.
The pictures shown portray the software as it looks today — with invented sample data. They are not captures from live customer operations.
Sign-in, separate data per company and permanent storage are being built right now. None of this runs in production yet.
Hired-vehicle and series trips are not calculated yet, because their pricing rules are not settled. Better no number than a wrong one.
A coach-ready route with a matching vehicle profile, a price memory across past orders, and connections to accounting, telematics or time tracking are planned but not built yet.
This page names neither prices nor dates because nothing has been decided yet. Just ask — you will get an honest answer.
Frequently asked
What you are probably thinking now
What does it cost?
Not settled yet — and I am not inventing a number here. Whoever joins the pilot phase talks conditions with me before they are written down. What you bring in feeds into the decision.
When can I use it?
Not in day-to-day business yet. Enquiry, trips, calculation and draft quote run as a preview; sign-in, separate data per company and permanent storage are being built right now. I will name a date once I can keep it.
Which trips does OmniDispo calculate today?
Transfer, day trip and multi-day trip. Hired vehicle and series trips deliberately not yet — their pricing rules are not settled. Rather than a number that looks convincing and carries nobody, OmniDispo declines these trips.
We have run this on Excel for years. Why switch?
Because Excel is not the problem — the gaps around it are: the enquiry sits in the inbox, the price in a spreadsheet, the quote in Word, the order in a calendar. Every follow-up costs a search across four programs. OmniDispo does not replace how you calculate — it keeps the case together.
What happens to our data?
The data will be stored in Germany, strictly separated per company. Both are being built right now and do not run in day-to-day operations yet — the development status section says where that stands. What already holds today: this website loads nothing from third-party servers. Whoever reads here leaves no trace with third parties.
Who is behind this?
A developer who knows the dispatch office of a bus company from the inside and builds the software because it does not exist like this. No corporation, no investor round — which also means: you talk to the person building it.
Pilot
OmniDispo launches with selected bus operators.
We are not after a hundred customers at once, but operators who want to bring their calculation into a system together with us. What you need feeds into what gets built — that works now, not later.
20 minutes by phone or video. No quote, no contract, no follow-up mail.
